On the Apple App Store, it has a rating of 4.6 from 52 thousand reviews. On Play Store, Sonic Forces is rated 4.4 with a staggering 500 thousand reviews. Lastly, on Amazon, it has four stars, seven thousand ratings, and it is ranked fifth in the action games category.

Sonic Forces strengthens the fact that there really is a difference between expectations and reality. Though it is great practice to always hold your favourites in a higher regard, it is also good practice to manage your expectations while still maintaining a semblance of quality. Not only that, things are best tried personally before passing judgment. Such is the case of Sonic Forces.
